Diwali or so-called Deepavali the festival of lights celebrated across the nation is in fact the best time that people tour and it is also when the tourism industry witnesses the highest domestic footfalls. This time obviously it will be a different panorama all-together as the celebrations may get confined considering the precautions maintained against the spread of the pandemic. The tourism industry of almost all states in India have come up with attractive packages by reworking on their itineraries with a major focus on disinfecting the rooms , providing hygienic food etc. With the nation following high recovery rate, people have accepted the rules and regulations followed while travelling and are still enjoying their tour with limited freedom, but then there are certain things considered more when we are touring during your Diwali vacations this year.

  1. Choose a state which has a low death rate in the pandemic and does have a high recovery rate too. This clearly depicts the efficiency of the health system in that particular region which you could expect in their tourist destinations as well.
  2. Let’s not carry any firecrackers during our tour. To an extent the pandemic has led the air pollution to decline to a great extent and many tourist locations have maintained their courtesy to nature and hence on such an auspicious occasion let us pay gratitude top our mother nature by making her less polluted.
  3. Maximum try to rely on your tour membership or travel membership and make sure to look for vale added club memberships which helps you in getting hotel rooms at a much economical price much beyond what your mobile applications show. Club Travalet is an option indeed.
  4. Take necessary precautions even when you on the shopping spree. Try to do your payments mostly through digital means and check if your travel membership provides shopping help in that particular state as well.
  5. Take special care of the children and the old especially if they are your travel mates. Try to have food from the hotel all the time booked as per your travel membership. Also avoid the ‘out of the box’ food delicacies that may tempt but then can make your tummies upset which is not at all ideal during the current circumstances.
